What 50" Light bar and mounts to get?
I just recently bought my 2015 jk and like the look of the windshield light bar on other jeeps but can't decide which one to get. Prices vary sooooo much! Rigid, KC, Rough Country, etc... I need help. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I'm leaning towards Rough Country. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I went with Rock Krawler... I'm very happy with them. The quality is top notch with a fabulous price. I was about to push the button on a set of PSC when I came across them. Much better price an fantastic fab job.

I've got a 50" Rigid SR2 bar on PSC mounts with a soft top...I don't get anymore flapping than before the lightbar on my Trektop. Maybe because it's a single row.
With everything, you get what you pay for. I went with Rigid because I live near the beach and all their components are stainless and they have a lifetime guarantee. I've seen too many people in our club buy cheaper bars (Chinese knockoff types and rebrands) and within a few months there was rust forming on the steel and zinc fasteners inside the lightbar on the reflectors, LEDs dimming, condensation and blurring on the lens. A lightbar wasn't an immediate need for me, so I waited until I could get the one I wanted. All of them are bright and will work based on what your needs are...but side by side comparison, the difference is stark.

maximumjeep.com is where I got my light bar and mount from. You can see all kinds of photos in my build thread. I like their mount because it puts the light very low on the windshield. I did have minimal whistling which I completely eliminated using Frost King Kerf weather stripping found at home depot. Just plugs in to the veins and only costs a few bucks. Good luck!
