I realized the Jeep is finding 1 contact pretty much every time. It always picks up my "contact" that is my phone. I'm pretty sure the issue is on the phone side, but I can't figure out what to do about it. I tried to look on the Uconnectphone website, but the list of phone manufacturers never loads so I can't check if my Samsung Galaxy S4 on Verizon is supposedly compatible or not.

You might want to check some of the phone forums to see if others are having the same problem as you. A site that always helps me for phone related issues is the forum on XDA Developers. I never had any problem with my android phone when I had my stock stereo with uconnect. (and I have a phone that is not listed on the compatible device list )
