Default Universal Fog Light Bracket

I'm looking for a universal bracket that I can use to mount my hacked, stock foglights. I made some shells for my stock fogs out of pvc caps, but cant adjust them up and down. I'm mounting them to holes in my bumper, NOT to a bar, so the usual brackets won't work. Any help is appreciated.

Best I can do so far. I have something else in mind to show you. But havn't been able to find it so far. Its called a "knuckle joint". It has 1/2" male threads on either side. And a gear like knuckle in the center. I'll keep looking. I did see some knuckles for "Bimini" tops ( Bimini knuckles).

That sounds similar to what I had in mind. Please let me know if you find it. I will look for knuckle joints also.
Thanks!

Guess I'm gonna have to modify my lights since there is apparently no knuckle/bracket that will work...
