Default Uconnect not working after sub install help

Installed infinity bass link now I connect not working. All I did was tapped into factor sub with line output converter. That shouldn't have had anything to do with uconnect.

1) Did you tap in right at the sub or did you remove the radio also?
2) When you pres the Uconnect button what happens? Does the radio display anything? Is there any response from Uconnect at all?

1) What did you use to activate the amp (remote turn on)? You have a battery connection and this connection to turn the amp on.

2) Is the Uconnect a factory installed unit or did you install it?

3) You may need to get to the module to check it for power on terminal #1 (you could also check the fuse block, I don't have the fuse # right now but Uconnect should be listed)

Remote wire was attached to accessory outlet by front window controls. That was the only one I found that was off when key was off. I'll check fuses
