How do I setup UConnect to work. I have it ...but it says its not setup to work? How do i get it to work?

 

Did you take it to the dealer to have it activated? instal is easy, but you need a dealer to plug the Jeep in and have UConnect recognized by your Jeep's computer.

Do you have the MYgig ? if so all you need is a Mic $20 to activate it yourself

 

Do a quick search and you'll find a bunch of discussion about adding a mic to get your UConnect working...

Or are you simply seeing the Uconnect button and assuming you have it?

If you've got the 6 disc or single disc, you'll need the uconnect module (comes with mic) and the dealer will need to flash the computer (starscan so it recognizes the uconnect).

If you've got mygig all you need is a mic and the latest software upgrade.
