2 weeks ago, I replaced my 1997 Wrangler with a new JK Sahara. Included is the Nav and I had the dealer install the mic kit ($300!).

My Samsung Ace syncs nicely for communication. But, I cannot get the contacts list to download and sync with the Unconnect Address Book. The Jeep/Unconnect folks are useless and the dealer is "looking into it".

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions or solutions? It seems to me that this systems is very smart, but.....

Some cell provides cripple some bluetooth services. Probably not the issue but just a thought.
