they eventually made up for it and seem like they're on top of issues going forward. Their engineer just left my house. At least they're out trying to fix it. Sometimes it's too little too late, but for me my experience wasn't that bad that it was unfixable.

They are working hard to get to the bottom of this problem. My issue was with the was I was treated by customer service, I guess the rep I spoke to over the phone was having a bad day and I got boned. TL more than made up for it. The engineer was at my house last night outside in the 12 degree weather working on my rig. I wouldn't worry, the customer service is awesome and it seems like everyone else is getting thru to customer service, I wish I got the persons name I spoke to cuz they wanted to know who it was (I guess so they can reprimand them) but since I was at work when I called I had no pen to take any info down with. I think when I called it was just a fluke and a once in a million chance I would get someone in a bad mood ever again.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them after this!
