I ordered the TLG anit-flicker harness, Gen3, and it fixed my flicker and high-beam problem.
But buyer beware! The harness adapters are very poorly made. The H4 side was almost impossible to plug into the LED headlamp. In the process it broke the female plug (harness side) into pieces. It felt like it was made from cheap plastic. Secondly, the H13 male plug would not securely fit into the Jeeps female plug. It would go in, but would not a lock in place. I had to use the H4/H13 wiring adapter that came with the Truck-Lites and re-wire the anti-flicker harness to replace the H13 plug. This thing was $80+ (including shipping), and in my honest opinion, is too much to pay for something you have to modify to work!

So that's your feedback on the TLG site for the harnesses. Did you call him to see if he would replace the harness? I haven't purchased a set yet, but did call him and asked of his return policy if the harness did not live up to its intended use, he said no problem on returns..
Cost to re-wire was about the same to return ship. I guess the biggest factor in my decision to re-wire was turnaround time and the uncertainty that a replacement harness was going to fix the issue. I wouldn't mind doing all this if the harness wasn't 80 bucks. Call me cheap, but 80 bucks is a lot of money to end up having to modify anyway. If I had to do it all over again, I would get 5 dollar capacitors at RadioShack, and build it myself for less than 20 bucks. (There is a write-up somewhere on the forum about it)

Well, I agree about the cost as well. It's not like I will miss spending it, buuuuuuutttt, it becomes somewhat of an insult to spend that kind of cash on something that the manufacture should've addressed from the start, and not now.
Did they work? I need a set too.
Looking at the electrolytic caps used, I think they might be short lived as they would tend to dry out faster in the outdoor environment verses indoors.
