Just wanted to post a thanks to DBB888.
I installed a Video monitor last weekend as in instructions from the following post and it worked just great, and saved me a bundle.

I purchased a 7" roof mounted in car monitor ($159 AUD) with head light built in, and put it in place of the roof light on the speaker bar (that way kids can watch the DVD's).
I plan to buy a small (5") monitor for above mirror, and connect a reverse camera to it (and of course DVD on Video 2 line in).
