sway bar disconnect

sway bar disconnect
Hi Folks
My e-disco swaybar is not working.
I opened up the electrical connection and noticed that a terminal on the harness is melted.
There is no apparent corrosion or water infiltration. The disco unit has kept the bar in the disconnected position and won't reconnect the sway bar, which may be unsafe at highway speeds i am told.
The manual fix in other threads looks interesting, but I would like to keep it stock a while longer if that's possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you are out of warranty, then the Evo kit is the best option for $89.99 that's less than an hour's labor at the stealership, and can be installed in minutes...
