Default Sway bar

Hello. Is anybody having problems with their sway bar? I have a 2008 jeep unlimited rubicon and when I push the sway bar button. Nothing happens with it. I've had someone stand in front of it and look. It doesn't lock or do anything. I've read around and people have had water issues. And I can say easily that could be a problem because I've way submerged it numerous times.

Not sure if related but my 2013 Rubicon sway bar took a dumb. Ended up being the module which was at fault. Not sure if water had to do with it as it's still under warranty and I just dropped it off at the dealership for repair.
