Took mine to the dealer with the same problem. They replaced the switch under warranty. Problem gone.

I have the same issue,but there are RESET and STEP buttons.EVIC buttons is on tne way now to control uconnect on the steering wheel,I guess problem goes after installing the EVIC button.
How can I install the EVIC button cluster ?

EVIC is Electronic Vehicle Information Center.I meant that control buttons cluster on the left side of the steering Wheel.

I was having the same problem with my 2012 jk sport,...turned out the system had to be reset cause the MPG/ Temp/ etc was all off...dealer said it wasnt calibrated right....they took it right in and fixed it right there in the spot....no prob since....sadly i miss my read out saying i had 500 miles to empty lmao

Doesn't installing the EVIC button cluster resolve the problem?

It might I just know I already have it installed they just reset the system and was all good with mine
