Default soundbar speakers not working

Is it possible to turn them off and I did that accidentally or are they just not working? If they can be turned off or down, how do I turn them back on?

They are made to play at a lower volume than the front speakers.

Try rolling the fade toward the back speakers a little bit. If there is no sound at all then it's obviously a problem. But it seems to be a common complaint that the volume in the sound bar speakers is substantially lower than the front speakers. My Jeep is the same so I turned the fade about three notches toward the rear speakers. Give it a try and see if it helps.
