i was wondering if the headunit and amp would have enough watts to work with those subs

well by the looks of it, that amp doesnt seem to have a high level input (which means you plug speaker wires in as its input instead of RCA cables)
to run an amp off of the stock head unit you need a high level in put on the amp, or a high level converter. which converts speaker wires to RCA cables.
