Something for the kids while daddy is fishing.

Right on nice catch. But I doubt she tied her own line and if she gets caught in moss and snaps her line, you get the honor of re-stringing her hook.
Both of my kids fish ( 11 & 14 ) and my daughter ( 11 ) fishes out of the Rouge River in Oregon and brought in 7 trout and a bunch of squaw fish, but I still had to stop fishing and re-string her line WHEN she got snagged in the 15mph water.
This is what I meant by " you don't get to fish if you take the kids fishing "
It's always nice to get to take the kids out fishing though

Has anyone built, attempted or at least thought of installing a gaming system in the rear of the JKU? I was just thinking that my kids like to camp but aren't into hunting or fishing so why not keep them from nagging me while I'm trying to do either of them. If anyone has any input on how abouts going through with this project I would be very grateful.
Just my idea:
24-26" monitor mounted on the tail gate. That way I could drop the back seats and the kids would have some play room. Mount their Xbox where the factory sub goes and I haven't really did the math about wiring the sounds yet.

Thats just being Daddy, and I wouldn't trade it for all the fishing in the world.

This is the car I traded for my jeep.
It kept me entertained at car shows.
It took awhile to build but worked great in the end. A lot of sanding to get it to fit just right.

Well, the xB didn't have room under the hood for a second battery. So, I guess under the xbox you could put a lid and a cooler there.
Or... Square it off a bit in the front and put in a sliding drawer?
Forget all that and put in a mini-pop machine in there somehow.
