sirius stopped receiving signal. dealer said i need a new head unit?

Forgot to add. Your radio must be on will it's happening.

Either go online, under help and support, or call Sirius (1-855-697-3373) and have them ping your radio. Mine did the same thing and it came back on in less than 5 min. You need to have your ESN or SID number handy.
