Calypson, that speaker box mounted to your tailgate is sick. I really like how it has the Jeep logo moled right in. Did you fab it up, or a local shop? Any info you care to pass on about it, I think you have a few of us very interested.

took the back seat out of my 2-door, got these puppies sittin right behind the front seats facing forward. i've got a ratchet tie-down on both sides (red strap) going to the seat mounts to keep it down. stays solid while off road.

Heres my setup. Sorry about the ghetto rigged tow strap mine was bolted to the storage door but due to my small washers they ripped out when i was mud running. When it was bolted you could open the door to get into the storage compartment it was pretty convienent. That Sub is a Alpine PLT-5 with a built in amp I will actually be selling it soon if anyone is interested. Here are some more pics of my setup. That Diamond amp is for the highs and is mounted in the OEM location. It is actually very secure in that location and seemed to be the best spot for it.

I wanted to be able to load stuff from the rear with the seats folded down so I made a box to go in the stock location except downward facing/bigger and it holds a 12" sub. It is bolted to the fender for security and I can still access the cargo bin in the rear by pulling the flip up door out everytime.

I wouldnt want to give up valuable cargo space for louder bass...
Under the seats, or the factory location would probably be best suited for my needs.
Nice pics though
