Only way I've seen them sold is with the headlamp. I think these are the part numbers for the headlamp/bucket assembly 55078149AC (Driver) and 5578148AC (Passenger).

I put mine in and drove around tonight. It needs more vertical drop than horizontal. It's absolutely cross-eyed as can be but the height is a larger issue for me.
