I used XM Delphi Skyfi 2. Mounted with Bracketron next to radio. I've been using the FM modulator and have great sound so far. I tried aux connection, and it didn't sound any better, and I had a wire hanging out. I'm planning on adding a spare fuse panel and hardwiring power behind dash. I'll try to post a pic of the mount this week.

I have had XM for a year, and Sirius for a month and a half now. I will go on record saying that I actually like Sirius better for music (blues, Buffett, Rock), and XM better for sports. XM has too many commercials on their music and comedy channels though (except for 6 or something like that).
The Pioneer Inno is in my wife's car now.

I installed an XM "Sportscaster" on top of the center dash panel. Thought it would be an easy job, NOT!!! It took almost 5 hours to get it done, mind you over 1 hour was spend just looking for a way through the firewall.
It requires "SureConnect", which is an extra antenna wire that clips onto the stock antenna. it was a pain to make it look good, and a lot of work, but it works wonderfully, and I get good reception by having the XM antenna mounted on top of the sport bar.
Can send photos on request, or I can just post them if everyone wants me to.

there is a mount on one of your roll bars on the JK, near the sound bar... a metal flat plate.
i mounted mine on the hood of my TJ in the middle, it looks stock... and works fine.
