Its not really that great of a light (about as bright as maybe a glove box light) The Rigid one is TONS brighter. How did you run switch for it? I'd hate to lose an sPod switch for a motor bay light

Simple orange: did you run the wires to the battery? Did you have to extend the wires? Do you have any pics of where and how you mounted the switch. I'm going to order this and I like your set up. Thanks

The light comes with about 3ft of wire so it will need to be extended I ran the positive wire to the bat with a inline 3amp fuse and the positive to a aftermarket alarm hood pin any car audio shop will have one,
I mounted the hood pin in the front next to the latch you can see it in this picture
