If all the connections are good and tight, I would have to guess that there's still an internal issue with the lights. Try disconnecting then reconnecting all connections. The lights are wired independently straight to the battery?
If that doesn't change anything, I would contact Rigid again and see what they have to say.

Sounds like a bad connection. Are you sure the ground connection is good?

I had the same issue with mine and it was caused by the connections to the switch. I replaced Rigid's stock switch with a Daystar, but the connections didn't fit. I opened the connection up enough to fit on the post of the Daystar switch but didn't tighten it up enough afterwards. Luckily, I tested before putting the a-pillar back together. I only needed to use some needlenose pliers to get into the tight spot and squeeze the connection together.

I hope it's that easy for you too. Good luck.

Did you use the provided switch or swap it out?

Did you use a relay or just a switch? If you used a relay the relay may be chattering due to the CANBUS fluctuations. You need a relay with a capacitor.
