I just ordered a pair of floods for my bumper and a pair of spots for the hood. Please re-post if you find a solution. I haven't installed mine yet, I guess I am just expecting something to go wrong somewhere!!

Are both the lights flickering? I would double check all the connections, especially the ground. The one time I saw that, the guy had an iffy ground connection. Fixed that and all was well.

Assuming the connections in the harness are all good and tight, I would contact Rigid'S technical support and see what they say-they are very helpful.
