Hi guys,

I have a 2009 JKU with the REQ head unit / radio and although the unit clearly displays the RDS (radio data system - showing station name, song titles etc) logo on the front face of the radio, I can't get the RDS to work at all. Now from what I understand on other radio models there is steps to follow with sequence of buttons to press to enable it but it doesn't seem to work on the REQ unit though. Does anyone perhaps know how to enable the RDS on the REQ? Our local dealers are clueless here in SA on how to enable it.
