Default Replacing Headlight/Fog Bulbs

Trying to upgrade my headlight/foglight bulbs, can someone please confirm that both of these bulbs will work without any changes to wiring?

H13 Headlights - Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product

H10 Yellow Foglights - Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product

Also any reviews on these would be great. I ran the SilverStars in my '08 and I liked them, but I definitely want the Yellow for my fogs and as bright as possible for my heads without swapping the actual unit.

Thanks

Kinda hard to say. These Jeep electrical systems ar pretty fickle. I not sure what the OE rateing is on the headlights. But your just slightly over the rateing on the foglights. I suspect that your slightly over the rateing on the headlights too. Some people have pushed the limits with no problems. Some have had problems weeks after the up-grade. And some have been unsucessful right off of the bat.

Good Luck.

What do you mean by problems? Like melted housings? Or just lights not being powered enough to work properly?

The H13 has extremely small pins in the connector. Increasing wattage increases the current to an unsafe level. Prolonged use could cause the connector to melt. Worst-case...fire! The older TJ H4 was far more suitable for higher power lights because the connector had larger pins (the harness itself was the issue). There are adapters out there to convert the H13 to H4, but these do not correct the issue... The adapter still uses the small H13 pins and therefor has the same possible point of failure.

I wouldn't be worried to much about fire. The Jeeps "Smart" electrical system knows when there is to much current draw. And will automagically shut the system down. Thats why you have to be careful when trying to get more light output by replacing the lamps to higher wattage than the OE system. They just simply will not work.
