Make sure it is sealed!! Any water, and it will end up growing like one of those pills that turned into a foam animal that any kid that was cool had 20 years ago!!

So can I just install it in the factory sub enclosure, or would that not be a good idea?

thats all up to you man, alot of people have done it that way and like it but i prefer a custom box under the front seats so that i can free up as much room as i can

Sounds easy enough! My problem is, I live in a highrise condo. I only have a parking garage and the company isn't really a big fan of working on your vehicles there. I had a restored '69 Camaro SS that I would have to tinker with every now and then to keep it running right, and that caused a stir with some of the older residents. Haters...

I swapped out my soundbar speakers in a mall parking deck yesterday since it was pouring down rain. Super easy. Sounds so much better even with stock HU.
