Relay going out on engine fan?

My fan stated acting up by running while at idle and during low speed. It does go off but then it may continue to run for about 5-10 seconds after engine is off. Will this hurt jeep to drive a little longer?

Replace ASAP as it might not come on the next time and run your fan then you will overheat.
