Default rear window issue

So I put my doors back on today and the rear door windows stopped working. I had recently gatorhyded the inside of the jeep and had to disconnect the seats. I have rechecked all the connectors and they are all good. Good news is the door locks still work. Anyone have this issue?

thanks for any help

maybe a blown fuse? if the door locks are working that says to me its a fuse. maybe check the fuse box and see if one is out.

just checked the fuses. I'll have to have the dealer take a look at it along with the airbag light.

check your harness ground. When reinstalling harnesses over a tub coating many times the harness won't ground unless the area directly under the ground wire attachment is scraped clean. Just the threads of the ground bolt won't do it. Just a thought...

Wouldn’t that affect the door locks too?

surely you checked it, but it happened to me today when i put the doors back on, tried to roll windows up using the switches in the back, didn't work, then tried with the switched in the front worked, finally saw that the switch was flipped that locks out the control to the back seat switches. the one right by the switches on the front panel.

man, i was glad i saw it before i got way into finding out why.

hehe... it's at the dealer now and they still can't figure out what is wrong with it. Locks work but not the window. they have been working on it since 7:30 this morning.

Are the rear switches on the back of the console plugged in? If not the rear windows will not work. The front switches run into the rear switches and then they go to the windows.

The dealer got it fixed and the problem was the plug in the center console. Now i need to recheck all the wire connections to get rid of the airbag light.
