top to bottom is 14.5"
left to right is 30"
to furthest front point is 9.5"
if you noticed the subs are pointing outward away from eachother a bit. this is so they have a little room to breathe. the middle of the box comes out 9.5" but on the ends, its 6" it also helps avoid that huge vent thing with the door latch.
ill try to draw a pic on the paint program. lol.

It works great. I have one vibration issue but you can't hear it unless your outside. You know that vent behind the tire carrier? It flaps when I crank it up. Other than that, there's no issues. It is quite funny when you turn it way up and watch the top expand from the pressure.

i usually have them facing the gate so i have a little "trunk space" i guess you could say. i put stuff on top of the box and i have room to the right side for misc stuff. it does sound better though laying down but you lose that "shelf" that the top of the box creates. i havnt tried mounting my hi-lift inside in the back yet but i should have some room, if not, ill lay them down again. it works well either way. because of the angle of the seat, the box is pretty close to the tailgate but the angle of the subs are a huge help. to make it easier id try to cut that 9.5" down to 8" or 8.5" depending on the material you use to covet the box. i used a cheap vinal from my local joann fabrics.
