I got an 07 Sahara with the Premium sound. I am pleased with the set up but after having loud systems in my previous vehicles I am thinking of upgrading. I was wondering, is it possible to replace the HU while still being able to run my subwoofer? Also, would it be possible to replace the subwoofer with a different 8 inch?

 

I also have an 07 sahara with premium sound. I just installed a JVC KW-NT30HDT. you will need to purchase a pac controller which is different from the standard wiring harness. the controller will run around 130$ but retains the use of the amp and gives you a vss wire, parking brake wire, and reverse wire so you don't need to tap them into your factory harness.

Another tip when you buy an antenna adapter, make sure it has the mini plug that clips into the head unit, it should be a European plug that is for 2002+ BMW's. the antenna for 2002+ chrysler jeep dodge that does not have the mini clip will not work with our antenna. (i'm sure if you order online from a reputable dealer, they will send you the right stuff)
