Putting "Dixie" horns under the hood?

The setup on the yellow jeep, would this be possible without removing all the black foamy stuff under the hood. And on that point, do all JK's not have that stuff? That is definately something Id like to own.

No, the hood insulation isn't on all JK's. The lower end X models don't have it...
