Just ordered all my gear and will need to reset some stuff. What works best for a 2011?

Well since the flashpac doesn't work for 2011 I would get a procal.

Sorry no tuners available yet for 11's and 12's. You will have to settle for a procal in the mean time. The good thing is that if and when they do become available, it will be easy to re-sell
