Default Plug and Play HU and Factory Alpine system

Guys

I'm hoping you can answer a quick question for me. I just bought a new Granite JKU Sahara with the upgraded stereo and a 430 Nav. The catch is Im in Germany and will be for the next 2 years. I'm fine with the stock system but since I cant use the stock nav Im looking for a plug and play Nav HU to use for the next 2 years so Im leaning towards an asian clone (that I can upload euro maps to). I actually have a unit from a-sure in my VW B6 Passat Wagon that has been bomb proof, 100% plug and play. So my question is, will the aftermarket HU that uses a factory harness operate the alpine sub? The 2 units I'm considering are the a-sure as-cse and the eonon gm5177U. Once I get back to the states the 430 is going back in.

Also from what I've been told the stock alpine amp is a 5 channel amp with the 5th channel being for the sub. Based on the harness pictured it looks like there's no high level signal for the sub woofer. Does anyone have a picture of the factory plug (wont have access to my jeep for a few more days) or better yet know where the pins for the sub are in the harness? Next to #4 in the pic? Also, the clone head unit has low level RCA sub outs is it possible to convert the low level RCA to speaker wire and add connections to the A-s/eonon harness?
