I started experiencing an issue this weekend with my 2018 Wrangler Sahara UnlimitedJk where when I am playing music from my phone via Bluetooth it works for a few seconds then the music cuts to a scratching sound and then switches to the radio. I try to go back to playing music from Bluetooth but it just repeats the same thing. I’ve gotten it to function normally but only after turning off Bluetooth on my iPhone, connecting to aux usb and playing music, then turning my Bluetooth back on and disconnecting the usb aux.

This has only started happening after I had some work done getting my breaks and rotors replaced and having the negative terminal connection replaced because I was experiencing the issue where the dash freaks out and all the lights turn on. The only thing I’ve done to troubleshoot so far is to update my iPhone to ios 18 thinking maybe it was an issue with my phone. I haven’t tried to mess with the terminal connection again. If anyone has experienced this issue before and would like to provide some guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
