It's hard to explain, yes overall they look yellow BUT there are hints of blue and white. When I was on that rural road everything up close had a yellow tint but towards the distance it appeared to be yellow in the center and white towards the edges of the light. Sorry I can't describe it better. I hate to admit this but looking forward to the first snow storm to see how these lights look then. Goodluck!

I have them on my bumper and was actually looking to run some 520's on my windshield also. I love the light out put on these. I had KC lights on my older Rubicon and these lights blow them away!

Not a very good pic of them at night.

Before I moved them to the center.

On my old bumper

I had some on the brush gaurd of an Exploder about 10 years ago. The guy that sold them to me said they were the Cadalac of lights. Working second shift, they were great on rural roads. They reflected signs a mile away. I miss them. Now a days I work 1st shift in urbanish areas.
I miss that truck, to bad she was a POS

I have the 520 driving ion beams, don't have any pics at night though but they are a very solid light, and mine still work well after 7 years, they do put off a light with a yellowish tint but it really really helps compared to white in hellish weather.
