Default PCM Fried, now what?

Has anyone ever replaced their PCM? After dealing with a few different codes for the O2 sensors, we have traced the issue back to the PCM not sending signals to the sensors. Does anyone know where I could find a PCM and what all is involved with replacing it either new or used?

Thank you in advance!
