Default Is this normal for heater?

When I turn the dial for the air I blow on both the face and the feet, the air to the feet is minimal. They work great individually. There is about the same (maybe a little less) air pressure coming out of the feet when turned on face/feet on high as there is when it's just the feet on as low as it gets.

Hopefully that makes sense. I have not tried to see if it does the same thing when cold air comes out.

Mines does this too. I think the path of least resistance is the vents. If I close off the two in the dash the floor is stronger.
