No Compass reading on 430n

No Compass reading on 430n
A few days back my compass in my Jeep Wrangler Moab 2013 was going crazy and now I don't have any compass reading anymore.
In de display I only see: -- and then the outside temp
My navigation doesn't work anymore because its can't find my location. It does find satellites but it giving false information about my location.
I already did a restore to default procedure but without any luck.
Dealer does not have an answer @ this moment. Can someone tell me whats wrong, how I can check it and maybe fix it?
