Thumbs up new super slim JL subs.

mobile.jlaudio.com/jlaudio_pages.php?page_id=213

i was looking at picking up some subs in the near future, but i think i may hold out until these are released. with the small recommended enclosure size would be perfect for hiding these in the jeep.

Interesting. I wonder if the 8" sub would fit in the factory Infinity enclosure.

0.625 cu ft of airspace. If my math is correct that would be roughly a 14" X 14" X 6" enclosure. ( I went with 14" x 14" due to the 12" size of speaker.)

Hmmmm

It'd be closer to 14" x 14" x 9".... if you take into account .75" MDF. But even that doesn't take into account the displacement of the woofer itself.

i just really want a slim line sub or two that i can either a) mount under the rear seat or b) replace the 60 part of the 60/40 split with a sub box while still keeping the functionality of the seat itself.
