I'm going to order up a couple pairs of these.
How hard is it to replace the dash speakers? I know on my old old old old YJ it was damn near impossible, I am hoping it is quite a bit easier on my JK.

I did not think it was that bad. Sound bar is a super easy. Regarding the front drivers side I just used a little racheting bit handle from sears for the front screws and had no issues. Took me about 40 minutes.

i also found them on quadratec. but theres 2 by kicker. theres the ones through mopar for $85 and the ones through kicker for $150. the mopar ones have an 75watt rms and the kicker brand have 60watt rms... shouldnt mopar "usually" be more expensive? i think im missing something here...

What???? My were a 10 fold improvement, have you readjusted your bass and treble. Did you have the base RES system?

I am about to buy these speakers and I am curious why they don't sound good ? What radio do you have ? I just got the MyGig and I know I have more power so I know they have to sound better than stock speakers. If you don't like them I will buy them from you.

I have the Kicker sub woofer, 200 watt amp and wiring harness from my '10 Unlimited for sale. $649 from Mopar. Cool unit--check it out at Kicker website or Mopar site-- I think they are on Quadratec too. Anyone interested? $400 + shipping. PM me through the JK Forum.

I think I saw the question asked, but no definitive answer. At Quadtratec I see the Mopar Kicker upgrade for 85 bucks, but there is the Kicker soundbar upgrade for 150. Has anyone compared the two?
