I don't think it supports Satellite. No input or interface. It does support TV but the manual does say how to hook it in. I assume on the AUX video input.

Yes I had to cut the bottom of the dash about a 1/4". The head unit came with a thin bessel, I used it as a template. Then with a fine metal blade I used my jigsaw to do the cut. This requires removing the entire center dash piece. There are small tab slots by the control cable you push in to release the cable mounts from the back of the controls.

The head unit does stick out about a 1/2 inch. The AUX 3.5 jack is on the bottom left side of the screen. You can see the dash cut at the bottom left also.

Sorry this is the best side shot. I'll try to take another one.

I installed a Boss BV9155B and have been running it for almost a year...I like it alot the only downside is it has a 4.3 inch screen....The features Boss offers in their DVD players for the price can't be beat.....The SD card is such a great idea for the Jeep because you can put all your CD's on it and don't have to keep them in the Jeep!!!!

How hard was it for the install? I am thinking about getting this and putting it in my Jeep once my Satellite Radio expires. Any helpful hints or info on the process is greatly appreciated..

On a scale of 1-10 I would say a seven. There are several write-up with picture. The two hard parts are cutting or removing the metal bracket in the dash and cutting about a 1/4" out of the bottom of the dash opening to fit the 7" screen.

Sorry for the major delay......Yes is has RCA pre-outs. I am not using them since I don't have an amp. It also has output for steering wheel radio controls. Lots of options.

Yes it has been a great radio for the price. I have discovered a small glitch in the firmware clock. It seems to keep the correct time but occasionally changes AM / PM incorrectly.

Also I bought the Tuffy dash radio security tray. The radio cover is designed for stock radios and will have to be modified to cover the 7" screen.

cause im gonna be getting a headunit soon. and it just worries me, especially with boss, about quality.
For the price the button are fine. If you are worried about quality you might want to look at other brands. I was looking for an inexpensive upgrade to the stock radio. I'm not an audio-head so I was not looking for high-end radio.
