Default New bulbs or Complete headlamp kit?

Should I change out just the bulbs or get a completely new head lamps kit. I can already tell after having my jeep for a month that the stock head lights are crap. I pretty much have to drive with my fog lights on the see the road like I should.

Also, should I get new fog light bulbs?

What do you recommend? Who's got the best lights out there guys?

Hella Headlights with Rallylights.com harness. Get the kit from them and be done with it. Fantastic difference.
With Hella H4 bulbs there was a big difference. I am presently running Hella 80/100 bulbs and they are < $6 at Amazon. I have not been flashed once. The cutoff is great. Light distribution is so much better. Shifting to 100W high beams is incredible. Very good investment, even if you stick with standard H4 bulbs.

Thanks man I will check it out. Thanks for the info. Can't beat $6 for bulbs I guess

Sylvania Silverstars are a 30 minute upgrade. I use them in all my cars/trucks and Jeep. They are incredibly bright.

did you just change the bulbs or whole headlamp? What about the silver star zxe or the ultra?

Just the bulb. Do a search on SILVERSTAR and you'll get a lot of hits within the past 4 months. There's even a tech writeup on them I believe.

I've used them for years. In fact, the set in my F550 are now 4 going on 5 years old.

As far just upgrading the bulbs in the stock housing, it's a waste of money. The JK uses the common but crappy H13 bulb. No matter what grade of replacement "up grade" bulb you use, you will still have a ton of wasted light in the form of glare hitting other drivers and not the road.

My .02

So I should get a completely different headlamp unit/kit?

Can you give me part numbers from Rallylights.com?
If you love your setup I'd like to duplicate it. My 2011 Rubi has horrible headlights!
