Default Need help with in cab switch wiring

I am wiring up an in cab winch switch. The idea is to have a Single Pole/Single Throw (SPST) switch for On and Off, a Double Pole/Double Throw (DPDT) switch for In and Out. I also do not want the in/out lights to come on until I give the switch power. Here are some diagrams that came with the switches as well as how I have inturpreted the install (sorry my diagram sucks). Can someone please tell me if I have this wired correctly?

i can't read your first image, but i am assuming pin 2 is input and 3 is output. According to the 2nd image diagram for the dpdt switch, you have it shown as needed in your diagram.

edit- you will need to supply input to pin 5 with a jumper from pin 2.

in theory you really only needed a spdt (on-off-on) switch with leds
