Yup same here, mine came in yesterday. but I am also already updated to 9.715. Mine had 9.713 installed when I got the Jeep. There is a substantial difference between .713 and .715, don't go back to .713.

I had 9.715 installed... got the update cd in the mail and thought I should go back to 9.713 because of the hard drive fix... anyway, installed no problem, however it screwed up my navigation big time... my maps were scrolling backwards and the screen kept jumping all over the place.... anyway I reinstalled 9.715 and eveything i fine now... anyone knoe if the 9.71f fix includes the hard drive fix?

welllll...as i wrote in a previous post to this thread, i thought i'd keep 715 installed till i heard better. well still can't get anything out of Jeep. dealer does not know about 715 being out for 5 months now. anywho, yesterday my mygig started acting up. nav is working in reverse, and i lost all but six pages of my sirius channels. i'm going to reload 715, but before that i'm checking the connection to the sat. antenna. i remember someone posted awhile back about a loose antenna connection causing probelms with sirius and the nav to display backwards. . Chrysler should never have told Harmon/Becker to layoff sending out updates and helping customers with problems. H/B was way more helpful and knowledgeable than some jerk pedaling a bicycle in India who tells me his name is Bob. Right! i'll post back here if any fixes occur.

Update: FYI. I just did something I don't usually do, I read the directions on the update disc packet and Step 4 says:"If the current radio software number is the same or higher than the update software number, no further action is required. Go to step 7. I guess they could have written this in the letter also. I'm reloading 715.
