MyGig Playback Issue

MyGig Playback Issue
The radio/nav and all other functions work fine but the music loaded onto the HDD does not display or play. I tried deleting all music files but for some reason it didnt work. Should I try disconnecting the battery to see if that will reset it? BTW i'm still running version 9.713, is there somewhere I can download an update (if there is one) that wont fry the mygig system?

Update, drove to the dealer this morning to see if I could get in today and have them look at the mygig, no dice but got an appt. for monday. I get home, turn the jeep off and try the HDD again and to my surprise the songs are all displayed and working, every other function of the mygig is working as well and I can add and delete songs. I dont know what the hell changed between 8:30AM when I left for the dealer and 9:30 when I got home but something apparently did. whpony96 would you recommend I update from 9.713 (switched back to it last night) to 2.107? Or should I just leave well enough alone?

I think your Jeep had the crap scared out of it thinking that some clown at the dealership was going to start tearing it apart trying to get the MyGIG working, so it decided to smarten up and set things right on its own
I'm running 2.045 and Gracenotes 2057 and everything is working great for me.

I'm running 2.045 and Gracenotes 2057 and everything is working great for me.

From what I've read, a lot of people say it often takes the unit some time to recognize the songs on the HD again after a software update. I didn't notice this after I installed 2.045, but that might be because I've only got about 350 songs on the HD.
