I just wanted to update this thread. The new navigation unit was installed a week ago. First thing I noticed after reinstalling the MyGIG was the navigation wasn't working properly. The arrow was going backwards. It was as if the navigation didn't know we were driving forward. I then went into the navigation settings and made sure the country and province were correct, then I made sure that you select the north feature and basically set everything up the way I wanted the navigation to work. After I completed this, I hit the NAV button and the navigation worked perfectly. It followed the road, it was pointed the right direction and it was keeping up with the vehicle. We haven't had any problems since.
