Angry MyGig Hard Drive Problem

Mygig erased all of my 13 GB of music about 2 months ago......
If I look under memory it still shows as if the music is in there, but I cannot access it.
I updated last week to the new software version, but it still does not show up...
I uploaded 1 new song from a cd to the hard drive, hoping it would 'release' the old songs, and still nothing....
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

That happened to my wife's in her Liberty. Dealer had to replace the Mygig, and we had to reload her music.
Then a CD got stuck in her new one. The dealer could not get it out and ordered a new one. At least this time they are able to copy her music onto the new one.

Not looking forward to when her warranty runs out...

Question reset

besides pulling the fuse, what's the procedure to reset the system?
