ok now i think i am confused. I never post but i am at a loss and i need help. I bought a mygig ren unit off ebay (first and last purchase probably) that alledgedly came out of an 09 wrangler. it only has 18g of free space which i thought the 09's had a bit more. but the real question is about the sirius. i thought all of the mygig's where sirius compatable. there isnt a port for the antennae (yellow one). am i blind, stupid, or did i get ripped off?

The REN (whihc is the non Nav) is avaiable with and without Sirius. The RER (Nav unit) is standard with Sirius. Also, 18GB free is about right, They have 30GB hard drives, but between file system overhead, GraceNote DB, and software, you get about 18GB of useable space.

Thanks for the info. I was starting to think i was crazy. i looked on the jeep website and it appeared the REN wasnt an option for the 09 wrangler. He is stating that he had sirius and bluetooth in his jeep and that i needed the dealer to install it for me. (operator error?). is there a missing module for the bluetooth? or is it part of the Uconnect setup?

REN is indeed not a factory optionfor the JK. On the REN, an external bluetooth module is used, which has to be installed and activated by the dealership.
