is it an iphone thing or a JK thing? when I had my droid, the Jeep would read my text messages to me over the Bluetooth system,and allow me to VOICE respond them back., without ever looking at or touching my phone.. that phone died,

I got an Iphone 5S and now I dont get that anymore..

is that something that iOS locks down or is it a setting in my iphone / uconnect to restore SMS functionality over U-connect?

Neither my iPhone 4 or my Motorola Razor M (Android) work with text messages. I was so hoping the iPhone 5S would have worked as I was looking to upgrade. *sigh*

Sorry I'm of no help but I have the s4 and find it super annoying. Is there a way to turn it off so it quits interupting my music? Thanks

Last I heard was mopar didn't have an update for ios7 version. Which was causing problems w/ these systems.

Lets see.. ive owned 4 JK's... had I not been able to have Bluetooth(or other tech stuff) in them I wouldve owned '0' JK's....

in the big scheme of things I guess 4 less JK's for chrysler is minuscule.. until lots of people skip JK for something else.. then JK is no more for anyone..
Bluetooth is an option.. dont want it? dont get it... but for those of us that get it and want it, we want it to work..

Bluetooth is a SAFETY feature. Not a luxury.
