It's an RBZ. So all I have to do is install it and plug in the two plugs in the back? Also the satellite radio on should still work? I went to the dealer yesterday they were or no help. We tend to know more about the vehicles then they do haha

Ok, so RBZ will work fine with your setup. As long as the bus speed is correct (no way of knowing for sure without plugging it in and trying ) it's 100% plug and play. It will work find with all your current functions.
As for sat radio, the subscription is tied to the ID in the radio itself, so if you currently have a subscription, you would have to call Sirius to get it transferred to the new radio.
As for backup camera, it can definitely be done with the RBZ. You'll need to either get a Mopar camera kit and have the dealer activate it, or use a Lockpick and aftermarket cam to make it work. I have the Lockpick and cam myself, I like that route better because it unlocks things like keyboard input and DVD viewing for my son while in motion.
Also, I noticed in the picture, the cover for the USB port is missing. They are fairly inexpensive and worth replacing to keep dust and dirt out of it.

As for a camera, I just shopped eBay and picked up one of the flush mounts for about $20. Make sure it comes with the hole saw needed and cables for attaching it. I did the same for my Lockpick and got it for about $200.
The USB cover can be ordered, I think I've seen them on eBay before.
There's a couple decent write ups on the net and here showing how to remove the radio, but it's pretty easy.
