3M Tape Light
I have seen a product by 3M called the tape light, it is just that a thin strip with LED's that have a adhesive backing. They could more that likely be mounted in just about any location. I think they come in 3foot lengths with 3 leds, they have one set that puts out 100 lumins or a double set kit that does 2x as much out put.

I am not sure I would call mine mood lighting, more like daylight at night, 4 pirahna bars from ozium.com. If you want some mood lighting check out their cathode kits. They are high quality and put out good light.

Is a 100 lumens too much for mood lighting, I don't need a spotlight in my jeep just maybe a soft blue light in the footwells and maybe one overhead on the soundbar
